Question: who is willing to trade a brand new great condition dsi with case (cover) and two games for dsi xl?
the games are alvin and the chipmunks and bakugan... the dsi also include a cover (case) with a attached slot (sliding container) that holds up to 3 games and a stick! if you have any questions just send me a mail and i will get back to you asap thank you!
Answer: This is not the best place for it. You could sell your DSi + 2 games pack for a higher price than $180 on ebay. You could then buy a XL :p

Question: i have a 1999 imported prius. seems the big battery is dead.can i repair, replace, switch to petrol only?
the car has just 100,000kms, but was sitting for many months when we lived in france. recently, the turtle symbol has been a near constant and there is a large triangle warning light permanently on display. there is also a strange noise from the big battery in the rear, as it attempts ( I presume) to power up, or to switch on and off. toyota here have been useless. they say the car is dead, and cannot be repaired. but it is in mint condition, and my wife loves it. i have bought a run around in the hope that the car can be saved. seems silly and wasteful and environmentally insane to scrap it
Answer: Your first sentence is the reason you've got a big problem: It's a 1999 imported Prius. The first generation of the Prius (1998-2000) were sold ONLY in Japan. If you're driving it around anywhere else, it was imported there (not by Toyota), and the Toyota dealers where you are now don't have documentation nor parts (nor access to parts) that your car may need.
That's the risk you take when you import any car into a country that didn't sell that model...
And for those that talk about the battery not being recyclable: Bzzzt. Wrong answer. Please try to do a LITTLE research before you spout such nonsense. The Prius was designed with attention to environmental issues from day one.
Do some searching in Yahoo! Groups, I seem to recall that there's one out there devoted to the Japan-only vintage Prius.
