Question: is the 1st metal gear solid in the essentials pack different from the exact PS1 version?
cuz the side of the box in the essentials just says playstation even though the box is the size of the dvd. so is the 1st metal gear solid in the essentials really just a port? or is it actually a playstion 1 game bundled with 2 ps2 games (the 2nd and 3rd metal gears)?
like, is it different from the exact playstation version? or is it the same? like the graphics werent upped a little bit, or were they altered?
Answer: Its the exact same. It even has the "black disks". That was really weird.
The graphics are still as crappy as ever but thank god for MGS2 and MGS3. If it wasn't for the epic story in MGS1, I wouldn't have played it.
The Twin Snakes is the altered version but thats not included in the Essentials Pack

Question: I have a few questions about WII and WII Fit?
1. Why is the WII set up to communicate with the Internet? Is that required for operation, or does that just allow you to play online games and get software updates?
2. Do I understand correctly that I need to spend about $335 for a WII and WII Fit, regardless of whether I purchase them separately or as a bundle?
3. Assuming I want a new unit from a reliable vendor, is my best bet to buy it on Amazon?
4. I know there are a lot of accessories. Which ones would be considered "must have" add-ons, if any?
5. My wife had carpal tunnel several years ago and her wrists occasionally bother her, but she really needs some exercise. Does the Wii Fit have a lot of exercises that won't put stress on her wrists?

Answer: 1. Wii can be hooked up to the Internet (though one doesn't have to) for shopping, online gaming, and playing with friends.
2. Used Wiis come cheaper, but those tend to be super damaged and not worth it.
3. Sometimes the console can break during shipping, so I would just buy it at wherever it is sold nearby you.
4. The Wii comes with one controller, so I recommend getting another controller so you can play with friends. Most everything else is petty if you aren't a 'professional' gamer.
5. Most of the aerobics exercises and balance exercises use almost no wrist at all. Some of the yoga and strength involves wrist, but there is a lot of lower body stuff as well.
