Question: How good is a rechargeable Li-ion lithium battery??

I know digital cameras EAT batteries, and the longer lasting ones are lithium batteries. My newest camera comes with a rechargeable Li-ion lithium battery. Has anyone had any experience with this type of battery? Is it a good one? My other camera was driving me crazy with using up so much battery power. Someone in the camera store said I'd be much happier with the Li-ion rechargeable lithium battery.

Answer: my li-ion battery lasts for a very long time. I bought an extra one just in case, so i have one that's always charged, and one in use....

remember to preserve the battery by not viewing images on the camera and try not to use those slideshows on your TV. those activities eat up juice.
