Question: Nintendo Wii Remote not working (bottom blue lights don't flash)?

OK so i have had this Wii remote since July 2007, it's an RVL-003 remote and the remote doesn't work. I gave the remote to my little brother and that was the last time i saw it work, no the remote didn't fall or anything. I tested the control with new batteries but when i press a button the bottom blue lights don't lit up or flash. Before i call Nintendo Customer Support, is there a way to solve this problem??? I would appreciate your help!

Answer: Sounds like the remote isnt sync'd

Try syncing the remote "again".. open the battery cover on the remote.. press the red button.. then immediately press the red bottom on the Wii Console (where the SD card slot is) .your Wii must be on of course

if it still doesnt work.. your Wii remote is toast!
