Question: is the nintendo wii fit board a good source of exercise??
hi i got the kids a nintendo wii for there birthday and was planning on getting the nintendo wii fitness balance board to use in the evenings. has anyone tried it before and does it work as in a good form of exercise????

the reason i wanted to know if this was good aswell was as i have 3 children i don't get the chance to get out with kids so need help with being able to do it indoors xxxAnswer: i have it and i love it
it is great to exercise
if you're trying to lose weight you will definitely have to do more outside exercising but it definitely does work your muscles and make you sweat a little!
